What to expect
- A sanctuary for rescued monkeys at La Perla, on the edge of town.
- The visit is a gentle walk along a trail, looking for white-faced and howler monkeys, and along the way toucans, sloths and frogs.
- Coffee and snacks at the end of the trail.
Additional information
- Open daily from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon.
- There is a combo that adds a farm visit: wooden ox cart, seasonal harvest, Brahman cattle and a local lunch.
