What to expect
- A charcoal and wood grill on Calle 470, 25 metres south of the Catholic church, by the park.
- Premium cuts: Costa Rican beef, certified Black Angus and lamb.
- The other half of the menu is Lebanese: the starters are what set this apart from any other grill in town.
- There are also ceviches and seafood from both coasts, and desserts flambéed at the table.
- The kitchen is run by chef Javier Esteban Chacón Rojas.
