What to expect

A charcoal and wood grill on Calle 470, 25 metres south of the Catholic church, by the park.
Premium cuts: Costa Rican beef, certified Black Angus and lamb.
The other half of the menu is Lebanese: the starters are what set this apart from any other grill in town.
There are also ceviches and seafood from both coasts, and desserts flambéed at the table.
The kitchen is run by chef Javier Esteban Chacón Rojas.
