About La Roca Canyoning
A canyon descent rappelling down waterfalls, with full gear and certified guides. No previous experience is needed, but you do need to handle the cold water and the height of the first rappel, which is the one that scares people.

Additional information
- Minimum age: 6.
- What to bring: closed shoes or trainers, swimsuit, a change of clothes, repellent, sunscreen and a camera.
- You will get wet; the guides will tell you what you can carry during the descent.
