What to expect
- Traditional Costa Rican food under an open rancho, about 300 metres west of the central park.
- The casado is the house plate: rice, beans, plantain, salad and the protein you pick.
- The menu also runs to pork ribs, soups and ceviche, and steps outside traditional food with pasta, salads and desserts.
- It is one of the best known restaurants in town and it lives full of visitors; service is quick anyway.
