What to expect
- A farm with 96 years of history and 1,600 criollo cacao trees, the fine variety.
- Everything is grown on site: the cacao, the vanilla and the sugar cane.
- There are some 40 species of fruit tree, and you taste whatever is in season that month.
- Two hours, in small groups and with no rehearsed script.
